| Abstract: | Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení efektivity controllingových aktivit ve zvoleném podniku. Obsahem úvodní části práce je teoretické vymezení problematiky controllingu, jeho cílů, úloh a funkcí. Součástí teoretických východisek je i charakteristika základních technik controllingového systému a finančního controllingu. V úvodu analytické části práce je představen zvolený podnikatelský subjekt PILSEN STEEL s.r.o. Následně jsou zhodnoceny interní a externí faktory prostředí podniku. V další části je proveden rozbor controllingových aktivit společnosti, především je analyzován proces plánování, reportingový systém, monitoring a charakterizován podnikový informační systém. Dále je také vysvětlena vazba soustavy klíčových indikátorů výkonnosti na controlling. Závěrečná kapitola práce je věnována zhodnocení controllingových aktivit, na jehož základě jsou formulována doporučení na opatření ke zlepšení stávajícího stavu controllingového systému. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the effectiveness of controlling activities in selected company. The introductory part of the work contains the theoretical definition of controlling, its objectives, tasks and functions. The theoretical background includes the characteristics of a basic techniques of controlling system and financial controlling. The selected company PILSEN STEEL s.r.o. is introduces at the beginning of the analytical part. The internal and external factors of a business environment are evaluate too. Next, the controlling activities of the company are analysed, especially the process of planning, reporting system, monitoring and the information systems are characterized. The relationship between the system of key performance indicators and controlling is also explained. The final chapter includes the evaluation of controlling activities, based on which the recommendations on measures to improve the current controlling system of the company are formulated. |
