| Abstract: | IAESTE Czech Republic je studentská organizace ročně pořádající několik desítek projektů, na kterých pracuje na 180 jejích členů. K zajištění interních ale i externích činností využívá přes dvě desítky informačních systémů a nástrojů, které se ale vlivem nekoncepčního vývoje dostaly do neudržitelného stavu. V této práci je na základě analýzy současného stavu informačních systémů a získání požadavků od uživatelů navržena nová podoba IS organizace, která odstraňuje hlavní problémy trápící uživatele a zároveň podporuje jejich lepší udržitelnost do budoucna. Je rozplánován postup realizace změn při přechodu na novu podobu a část těchto změn je i v rámci diplomové práce implementována. |
| Abstract in different language: | About 180 members of the student run organization IAESTE Czech Republic coordinate more than 50 projects annualy. To support both internal and external activities IAESTE uses over 20 information systems and IT tools. However their current state is unsustainable because of uncoordinated development of these systems in the past. This thesis goes through the analysis of the current state and user requirements collection to a proposal for designing new systems, which solve the most importat problems from users point of view. It also supports better sustainability for future development. A plan how to get from current state to the newly designed state has been prepared and some changes have been already implemented as a part of this diploma thesis. |
