| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce zkoumá problematiku biologických rizik ve spojitosti s prací zdravotníků v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá rozdělením a základní charakteristikou vysoce nakažlivých nemocí, jejich způsobem přenosu a případnou léčbou. Dále jsou zde uvedeny doporučené postupy, dostupné osobní ochranné pracovní prostředky a transportní izolační prostředky osob. V závěrečné kapitole je popisována funkce biohazard týmu, logistika jeho práce a kooperace s ostatními zainteresovanými subjekty. Praktická část vyhodnocuje prověřovací cvičení biohazard týmu a následně zjišťuje formou dotazníku existující rozdíly v problematice biologických rizik u dvou sledovaných skupin respondentů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis investigates the biological risk problematic regarding the paramedical work in prehospital emergency care. It is divided into two parts the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part describes division and basic characteristics of highly contagious diseases, their transmission and eventual treatment. Further on, recommended procedures, accessible personal protective equipment and the use of a portable isolation chamber are described. In the final chapter, the function of biohazard team is described, its logistic work and cooperation with other co-working subjects. The practical part assesses the verified biohazard team practice and as follow up, ascertains the existing differences in biological risk problematic to two observed groups of respondents, through the use of questionnaires. |
