| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce s názvem "Scintigrafické možnosti detekce zánětu a jejich reálný přínos pro léčbu" je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se zabýváme principy zánětlivého onemocnění a hlavními příznaky, dále fyzikálními základy radionuklidů, radiofarmaky používanými při scintigrafické detekci, principem scintigrafické detekce a metodami detekce zánětu. Praktická část zahrnuje kazuistiky vybraných pacientů, kteří podstoupili vyšetření zánětu pomocí 111In-oxinem značených leukocytů. Dále zahrnuje statistický údaj o počtu vyšetření zánětu pomocí 111In-oxinem značených leukocytů provedených na Oddělení nukleární medicíny v Příbrami od ledna 2015 do listopadu 2016 a přehled indikací tohoto vyšetření používaných v praxi. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis titled "The scintigraphic possibilities of detection of inflammation and their real benefit for the treatment" is divided into theorethical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the principles of inflammatory disease and the main symptoms, next are physical basics of radionuclides, radiopharmaceuticals used for detection of inflammation, principles of scintigraphic detecion and methods of detection of inflammation. The practical part contains casuistries of selected patients, who underwent an examination of inflammation using 111In-oxine labeled leukocytes. Further includes statistical data on the number of examinations of inflammation using a 111-oxine labeled leukocytes realized on the Department of Nuclear medicine in Pribram from January 2015 to November 2016 and summary of indications this examination, which is used in practice. |
