dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá zdravotnicky významnými gram pozitivními koky rodu Staphylococcus, Streptococcus a Enterococcus. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část shrnuje informace o významných druzích stafylokoků, streptokoků a enterokoků. Zabývá se jejich charakteristikou a popisuje jejich patogenitu a mikrobiologickou diagnostiku. Praktická část je zaměřená na výskyt jednotlivých druhů gram pozitivních koků ve Fakultní nemocnici v Plzni v listopadu 2016.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with medically significant gram positive cocci genus Staphylococcus, Streptococcus and Enterococcus. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical one summarizes information about important species from Staphylococcus, Streptococcus and Enterococcus family. It deals with their characteristics and describes their pathogenicity and microbiological diagnostics. Practical part is focused on the distribution of individual gram positive cocci species at the University Hospital of Pilsen in November 2016.en
