| Abstrakt: | Práce je teoretickou komparativní esejí, která svoji metodologii opírá o spíše menšinový sociologický žánr a paradigma, kterým je sociologie literatury. Tématem bakalářské práce je sociologický rozbor literárního díla Hunger Games, kde jeho autorka Suzanne Collins představuje verzi fungování postapokalyptické společnosti. Kniha Hunger games je dystopické dílo popisující možný budoucí obraz společnosti. Cílem bakalářské práce je především popis fungování systému popsaného v knize a jeho srovnání se sociologickými teoriemi. Jedním z významných důvodů pro výběr díla k sociologickému rozboru je i jeho nejasná žánrová zařaditelnost. Vzhledem k tomu budu nejprve v první části zkoumat a vymezovat žánrové rozlišení knihy. Věnovat se budu také postavě autora a formálně estetické interpretaci knihy. V další části své práce se zaměřím na sociologické teorie, týkající se především sociální stratifikace a otázky specifik výkonu moci v rámci dystopického společenského systému. Pokusím se nalézt korelaci mezi zákonitostmi fungování společnosti prezentované v knize a mezi sociologickými teoriemi, jako například Weberovo uchopení panství a legitimity, AGIL schéma navržené Parsonsem, moc popisovaná u Foucaulta, nebo na připodobnění Panemské stratifikace ke stratifikaci vojensko psychologické tak, jak jí popisuje Peter Sloterdijk. |
| Abstrakt v dalším jazyce: | This bachelor´s thesis is a theoretical comparative essay, of which methodology is based on the minority sociological genre and paradigm, that is the sociology of literature. The topic of this thesis is to sociologically analyse a literary work called "The Hunger Games," where its author Suzanne Collins presents a version of the post- apocalyptic society. The book Hunger Games is a dystopian work describing a potencial image of our future society. Above all, this bachelor´s thesis aims at describing the running of a system that is reflected in the book and its comparison with sociological theories. One of the main reasons for choosing this work for sociological analysis was its obscure genre classification. Due to this fact, I will research and define the genre differentiation of the book first. My attention will be also devoted to a character of the author and the aesthetic formalism of the book. The thesis then identifies and focuses on sociological theories, mainly concerning social stratification and issues of the specifics of executive power in the dystopian social system. I will try to find a correlation between principles of the running of a society presented in the book and sociological theories, such as Weber's conception of legitimacy, the AGIL scheme created by Parsons, the term power developed by Foucault, or on comparison of the Panem stratification to the military-psychological stratification, in the way how it is represented by Peter Sloterdijk. |
