| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou externího auditu. Celá práce je rozdělena na dvě části: teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část práce vymezuje definici, druhy a funkce auditu a představuje právní předpisy, které upravují auditorské služby v ČR. Následuje představení Komory auditorů ČR a etického kodexu, představen je také vztah mezi účetnictvím a auditem. Dále jsou popsány a charakterizovány auditorské postupy. V praktické části práce je představen vybraný podnikatelský subjekt a jsou popsány auditorské postupy u vybrané subjektu. Dále je součástí práce dotazníkové šetření, jehož cílem je analyzovat riziková místa v procesu auditu a přínosy a újmy externího auditu pro jednotlivé uživatele. Závěr této práce se věnuje shrnutí problematiky externího auditu a výsledkům dotazníkového šetření. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is focused on the external audit. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines importance, types and functions of the audit and describes the legal regulations of audit services in Czech Republic. There is also introduction of The Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic and Code of ethics, the relationship between external audit and accounting is described too. Further audit procedures are described. The practical part contains description of selected business entity and audit procedures in the company. The practical part also contains the survey which aims to analyze risk parts of audit procedures and benefits and risks of external audit for individual users. The conclusion summarizes external audit and results from the survey. |
