| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá metodami hodnocení výhodnosti investic. V rámci této práce jsou popsány i vlivy, které významně ovlivňují výsledky vyhodnocení, což je způsob financování investice a zvolená úroková míra. Dále se práce věnuje investiční kontrole a rozdíly mezi plánovanými a skutečnými hodnotami. V první části práce je definován teoretický rámec tématu a v praktické části jsou vybrané metody hodnocení investic použity na konkrétních příkladech z podnikové praxe. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's dissertation deals with the rating methods of advantageousness of investments. Within this dissertation the influences have also been described that influence results of evaluation significantly, which is the way of investment financing and a chosen interest rate. Furthermore, the dissertation is devoted to investment checking and differences between planned and real values. In the first part of the dissertation a theoretical topic framework is defined and the selected rating methods of investment ratings are applied to particular company practice examples in the practical one. |
