Abstract in different language: This contribution is focused on the proposal of design for software solution for calculation Statistical Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (SAFMEA). Failure Modes and Effect Analysis is widely used risk management tool, however it has significant drawback as all experts has to be in consensus. Therefore the SAFMEA method can be used to calculate the Risk Priority Number (RPN). However there is no public available software solution which allows to design and perform SAFMEA analysis. The main goal of the contribution is to propose the design of software solution which allows to design, gather and evaluate SAFMEA analysis. The design is based on the literature review and experience gained from research which used SAFMEA as evaluation tool. The design structure of software can be divided into three main steps. Firstly, the researcher with experts define risk factors. Secondly the SAFMEA-E form is configured, sent to respondents and responds are saved into the system. Finally, the calculation is made and the outcomes are presented. The main outcomes are SAFMEA-T table, risk matrix and risk map. The long-term goal is to create the free to use software solution and make source code available for public.
