| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá současným postavením absolventů škol na trhu práce v České republice. Ukazuje vývoj nezaměstnanosti absolventů, popisuje silné a slabé stránky absolventů na pracovním trhu a diskutuje významnost kompetencí při hledání prvního zaměstnání. Praktická část diplomové práce obsahuje poznatky z výzkumu, který byl zaměřený na studenty a absolventy Střední odborné školy a Středního odborného učiliště Horšovský Týn a na zaměstnavatele okresu Domažlice. Výzkum byl prováděn formou dotazníkového šetření. U studentů byla zjišťována očekávání od trhu práce, u absolventů byly zkoumány zkušenosti z pracovního trhu a u zaměstnavatelů byly analyzovány požadavky na uchazeče o zaměstnání. Cílem výzkumu bylo porovnat názory a očekávání studentů s realitou na trhu práce. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with the current position of the school graduates in the labour market in the Czech Republic. It shows the development of unemployment of the graduates, describes the strengths and weaknesses of the graduates in the labour market and discusses the importance of competences when searching for the first job. The practical part of this diploma thesis consists of the data from a research that is focused on the students and graduates of the Secondary School and Vocational School in Horšovský Týn (SOŠ a SOU Horšovský Týn) and the employers in Domažlice District. The research was made by means of a questionnaire survey. Students were inquired about their expectations in the labour market, graduates were asked about their experience in the labour market and the data from the employers were analysed with focus on the requirements on the job applicants. The aim of the research is to compare the opinions and expectations of students with labour market reality. |
