| Abstract: | Politické strany jsou klíčovými aktéry na poli komunální politiky. Jejich činnost na území města Plzně je zajímavá a to zejména proto, že Plzeň je statutární územně členěné město s deseti městskými obvody. Z těchto deseti obvodů jsou čtyři větší a z hlediska komunální politiky se podobají středně velkým městům. Šest obvodů je menších, jejich život včetně toho politického se podobá menším obcím. Plzeň je také krajským městem. Tato diplomová práce se zaměří na činnost politických stran v Plzni s důrazem na prosazení se do komunální politiky na všech třech uvedených úrovních. |
| Abstract in different language: | Political parties play the key role in the field of local politics. Their activity in the city of Pilsen is interesting, especially because Pilsen is a statutory territorial divided city with ten urban districts. Out of these ten districts, four are larger and from the point of view of local politics, they resemble medium-sized cities. Six districts are smaller, their existence, including politics, resemble smaller municipalities. Pilsen is also a county seat. This diploma thesis will focus on the activities of political parties in Pilsen with an emphasis on promoting the local politics at all three levels. |
