| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá vybranými ortopedickými vadami nohou a možnostmi řešení individuálním zdravotnickým prostředkem. Pro tyto účely byly vybrány vady pes equinovarus congenitus, plochá noha, pes metatarsus varus congenitus a pes cavus. V první části jsou vybrané vady popsány a charakterizovány. Druhá část krátce seznamuje s oborem ortotika, která je nedílnou součástí léčby vad nohou. Dále se práce věnuje navržení vhodných ortotických řešení pomocí ortéz, dlah, speciálních vložek nebo ortopedické obuvi. Cílem této práce je shromáždit co nejvíce informací na zadané téma, vycházejících z dostupné literatury. Dosažené výsledky jsou diskutovány v kapitole diskuze a následně shrnuty v závěru. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is dealing with selected orthopedic foot defects and options of treatment with individual medical device. For these purposes were selected defects of pes equinovarus congenitus, flat foot, pes metatarsus varus congenitus and pes cavus. In the first part are selected defects described and characterized. The second part briefly introduces the branch of orthotics, which is an integral part of the treatment of foot defects. Furthermore, the work is devoted to proposing suitable orthotic solutions by using braces, splints, special insoles or orthopedic footwear. The objective of this work is to assemble as much information as possible on the given topic based from available literature. Reached results are discussed in the discussion chapter and then summarized in the conclusion. |
