| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřena na problematiku tvorby akciových trhů v České republice v průběhu transformace českého hospodářství ze systému centrálně plánované ekonomiky na systém tržní a konfrontuje vybrané aplikované metody s liberálními principy dle učení rakouské ekonomické školy. V práci je popisován proces ekonomické transformace v České republice včetně výchozích podmínek, její podstaty, cíle, použitých metod a proces privatizace státního majetku. Dále jsou popisovány některé liberální principy v pojetí rakouské ekonomické školy, především v pojetí liberála Friedricha Augusta von Hayeka. V další části je popisována tvorba akciových trhů v České republice včetně popisu a analýzy vybraných problémů s ní spojených. Poslední část práce je věnována problematice vytěsnění menšinových akcionářů v souvislosti s transpozicí směrnice Evropské unie 2004/25/ES do českého právního řádu a její konfrontaci s liberální teorií dle učení rakouské ekonomické školy. |
| Abstract in different language: | The submitted thesis is focused on problematics of creation of stock markets in the Czech Republic during transformation of the Czech economy from the centrally planned economy system to the market economy system and confronts selected applied methods with liberal principles according to the teaching of the Austrian Economic School. In the thesis, the process of economic transformation in the Czech Republic is described, including the initial conditions, its essence, aims, used methods and privatization process of a state-owned property. Some of the liberal principles in concept of Austrian Economic School are described next, mainly in concept of liberal Friedrich August von Hayek. In the next part, the creation of stock markets in the Czech Republic is described, including description and analysis of selected problems connected with it. The last part of the thesis is dedicated to problematics of minority shareholders squeezing-out in connection with transpozition of a directive of the European Union 2004/25/ES to the legal order of the Czech Republic and its confrontation with liberal theory according to the teaching of the Austrian Economic School. |
