| Abstract: | Téma dizertační práce je zaměřeno na zefektivňování dokončování tvarově složitých prostorových ploch při technologie frézování. Největší význam v celé práci má ověření vlivu strategie využívající konstantní řeznou rychlosti a její uplatnění v metodice návrhu nové dokončovací strategie využitelné v CAM modulech. Tento vliv byl ověřen dvěma navazujícími experimenty a vliv na zvýšení efektivity a drsnosti povrchu byl jednoznačně prokázán. Na základě těchto výsledků byla tato strategie využita při metodice návrhu nové dokončovací strategie. |
| Abstract in different language: | The dissertation thesis is focused on the efficiency increase during the milling technology finishing of complex spatial areas. The verification of the impact of a strategy using a constant cutting speed is the most significant value of this work with its possibilities of application in the methodology of new finishing strategies design implemented into CAM modules. Two interdependent experiments were designed to verify this impact and the influence on the efficiency and surface roughness was positively proved. This strategy was used to create the methodology design of a new finishing strategy based on these results |
