| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu ekonomické situace podniku v době hospodářské krize. Cílem práce je zhodnotit vlivy a dopady ekonomické krize na hospodaření Českých aerolinií, a.s. K řešení dané problematiky jsou použity vybrané ukazatelé z klasické finanční analýzy a dále aplikace bankrotních modelů, jejichž smyslem je předpovídat hrozící úpadek podniku. V teoretické části je obsažena charakteristika těchto modelů, rovnice pro jejich výpočet a také postup vyhodnocení výsledků. Do analýzy jsou zahrnuta i data z předkrizového období. Je tedy vysledován vývojový trend hospodaření podniku od počátku roku 2001 do konce roku 2010. Hodnocení získaných výsledků analýzy hospodaření je prováděno v průběhu celé kapitoly tak, aby bylo možné vysledovat příčiny krizového vývoje společnosti, představit sanační opatření přijímaná společností a navrhnout preventivní opatření. V závěru jsou shrnuty nejdůležitější výsledky celkového hodnocení společnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis focuses on the analysis of the development of an enterprise at the time of the European financial crisis. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the effects and impacts that the economic crisis had on Czech Airlines. There are selected indicators used to determine the financial analysis of the company in order to identify financial, economic, or any such problems in the airline. Bankruptcy prediction is another evaluation method that can be applied by using prediction models. The theoretical part of the work contains descriptions of these models, equations to calculate them, and ways to evaluate the results. The analysis also includes data from the pre-crisis period. Therefore, the development is captured from the beginning of 2001 to the end of 2010. Evaluations of the results of the analysis are further explained throughout the next chapter. This information can help indicate the main causes of crisis development in order to initiate preventive measures. At the end of this thesis, the most important results and aspects of the analysis of the company are summarized. |
