| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se skládá ze sedmi kapitol. První kapitola je úvod a poslední kapitola závěr. Druhá kapitola se věnuje obecné problematice neziskového sektoru a vymezení pojmů neziskový sektor a nezisková organizace. A na subjekty působící v neziskovém sektoru. Třetí a čtvrtá kapitola se zaměřuje na nadace a nadační fondy, na jejich pojem, fungování a právní úpravu. Pátá a šestá kapitola je věnována problematice příspěvkovým organizací. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis consists of seven chapters. The first chapter is introductory and the last chapter is conclusion. The second chapter deals with general problems of non-profit sector and terms specifications of non-profit sector and non-profit organisation. The third and fourth chapters focus on foundations and endowment funds, its specification, function and legal adjustement. The sixth and seventh chapters deal with problems of contributory organisations. |
