| Abstract: | Jako téma své diplomové práce navazujícího magisterského programu, oboru veřejná správa jsem si zvolila problematiku státní služby, a to z jednoho důvodu, jelikož se aktuálně v této sféře profesně pohybuji a čerpám tak nové zkušenosti a zamýšlím se nad určitými výhodami a nevýhodami služebního poměru oproti pracovním poměrům uzavřeným dle zákona č. 262/2006 Sb., zákoníku práce. Hlavním cílem mé diplomové práce bude uchopit téma státní služby od jejího počátku, tedy vývoj státní služby od Rakouska-Uherska až do nového tisíciletí, což popisuji ve své první kapitole diplomové práce. A dále se ve svých kapitolách zaměřuji na výklad pojmu státní služba, organizační struktura státní služby, služební poměr a v neposlední řadě komparace služebního a pracovního poměru. |
| Abstract in different language: | As a topic of my diploma thesis follow-up master's program, public administration, I chose the issue of civil service for one reason, because I am currently moving professionally in this sphere and I am drawing on new experiences and I am thinking about certain advantages and disadvantages of service relationship compared to working conditions concluded under Act No. 262/2006 Coll., the Labor Code. The main aim of my thesis will be to grasp the topic of the state service from its beginning, ie the development of the state service from Austria-Hungary to the new millennium, which I describe in my first chapter of my thesis. Furthermore, in my chapters I focus on the interpretation of the concept of public service, the organizational structure of the civil service, the service relationship and, last but not least, the comparison of service and employment. |
