| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá jedním z nástrojů pro zajištění pravidelné aktualizace údajů v pozemkových evidencích, a to prováděním revize. Hlavním cílem provádění revize je odstranění nesouladu mezi údaji v evidenci a stavem ve skutečnosti. V práci je popsán vývoj a postup provádění revize údajů od historických pozemkových evidencí až po dosud platný pozemkový nástroj katastr nemovitostí. Dále jsou ke katastru nemovitostí uvedeny nejčastější příklady provádění revize v praxi a identifikace některých problémů spolu s návrhem možných opatření. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with one of the tools for ensuring regular updating of data in land registers, by carrying out a revision of cadastre data. The main purpose of the revision is to remove the discrepancy between the data in the records and the actual situation. The thesis describes the development and progress of the revision of the data from the historical land records to the existing cadastre of real estates. Additionally, the most common examples of the implementation of the revision in practice and the identification of some problems together with the proposal for possible measures are listed in the cadastre. |
