Abstract: | V teoretické části se práce zabývá kineziologií kolenního kloubu, historií, rozdělením, indikacemi, kontraindikacemi a komplikacemi totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu. Teoretická část udává základní informace o vyšetření kloubu, fyzioterapii a kontinuálním pasivním pohybu. Mezi sledované parametry patří rozsah aktivního i pasivního pohybu do flexe a extenze, otok a bolest pomocí Vizuální analogové škály bolesti. |
Abstract in different language: | The theorectical part of this thesis focuses on the kinesiology of the knee joint, history, distribution, indications, contraindications and complications of total knee joint endoprosthesis. It further gives basic information about joint examination, physiotherapy and continuous passive movement. The main objective of the practical part is to objectify the use of the continuous passive movement device after total knee replacement endoprosthesis. Among the main parameters monitored include the range of both active and passive movement to flexion and extension, swelling and pain using the Visual Analog Scale of Pain. Assessments were carried out for 14 days in a rehabilitation facility without any intermediate or prior application of continuous passive motion. Continuous passive movement was applied once a day for 20 minutes. Patients continued to attend individual Therapeutic Physical Training, a exercises in the gym, cryotherapy for some group exercises in the pool. Data were collected from the 4 patients after undergoing total knee replacement There were two women with an average age of 59 and two men with an average age of 72 years. The results showed a positive use of continuous passive movement to increase the range of motion and reduce pain. |
