Abstract:	Bakalářská práce se zabývá zakládáním a financováním malých a středních podniků v České republice. Práce popisuje založení společnosti Pro Truck autopříslušenství s.r.o., její zdroje financování a analyzuje možnosti financování pořízení nového nákladního automobilu.
Abstract in different language:	The bachelor thesis deals with establishment and financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Czech Republic. This thesis describes establishment of Pro Truck autopříslušenství s.r.o, its sources of financing and it analyses options of financing the purchase of a new lorry.
