Abstract: Práce řeší problematiku zajištění intimity v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Teoretická část analyzuje pojem krizová připravenost a metodický postup záchranných složek při mimořádné události, a stručně popisuje kompletní systém české zdravotnické záchranné služby. Další část práce se zabývá intimitou a soukromím pacienta při primárním ošetřování. Popisuje principy komunikace s pacientem. Text vhlíží do platné legislativy řešené problematiky. Praktická část pomocí kvantitativního, a částečně i kvalitativního, výzkumu zjišťuje stav respektování pacientovy intimity a soukromí v prostředí zdravotnické záchranné služby České republiky. Záchranáři také řeší otázku týkající se potřeby technické pomůcky, která by při zásahu zabezpečila intimitu ošetřovaného pacienta. Data byla získána pomocí elektronického dotazníku a výsledky jsou zpracovány prostřednictvím přehledných grafů. Výzkum je doplněn o rozhovor se zástupcem Hasičského záchranného sboru, který sděluje alternativní názor na řešenou tematiku. Sebraná data slouží k zjištění zájmu o technické pomůcky pro záchranáře zdravotnické záchranné služby.
Abstract in different language: The work deals with the issue of securing intimacy in pre-hospital emergency care. The theoretical part analyzes the concept of emergency preparedness and methodical procedure of emergency services during an emergency, and briefly describes the complete system of the Emergency Medical Service in the Czech Republic. The next part deals with the intimacy and privacy of the patient during primary treatment. It describes the principles of communication with the patient. The text looks into the valid legislation of the solved issue. The practical part, using quantitative and partly qualitative research, ascertains the state of respecting the patient's intimacy and privacy in the ambulance service of the Czech Republic. The rescuers are also addressing the issue of the need for a technical aid that would ensure the intimacy of the patient to be treated. The data were obtained using an electronic questionnaire and the results are processed using well-arranged graphs. The research is supplemented by an interview with a representative of the Fire Rescue Service, who communicates an alternative view of the solved topic. The collected data are used to suggestion to create a technical aid for rescue workers of the Emergency Medical Service.
