| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na podnikání malých a středních podniků. Cílem práce je definovat pojmy z oblasti podnikání, význam malých a středních podniků a podporu těchto podniků. V teoretické části práce jsou všechny tyto pojmy definovány včetně příkladů institucí, které poskytují podporu pro malé a střední podnikatele. Je zde věnována i část vývoji významu a počtu malých a středních podniků v České republice. Více se zde zaměřuje na společnost s ručním omezeným, možnosti vzniku a založení. Zároveň jsou zde v teoretické rovině vymezeny možnosti přechodu podnikání z FO na PO. V praktické části práce vystupuje anonymní podnikatelka (spolupracováno bylo s konkrétní osobou, která si přála zůstat v anonymitě), u které porovnáváno, zda se jí vyplatí dále podnikat jako OSVČ, či by měla změnit formu podnikání na s. r. o. Zároveň je část věnována podpoře podnikatelů během výskytu onemocnění COVID-19. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the business of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. The aim of the work is to define concepts in the field of entrepreneurship, the importance of SMEs and the support of these enterprises. In the theoretical part of the thesis, all these terms are defined, including examples of institutions providing support for small and medium-sized entrepreneurs. The part is also devoted to the development of the importance and number of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Czech Republic. It focuses more on a limited liabitity company and possibilities of creation and establishment. At the same time, the possibilities of switching business from individual entities to legal entities are defined in theory. In the practical part of the thesis is an anonymous businesswoman (it was cooperated with a specific person who wanted to remain anonymous) which compares whether it is better for her to continue doing business as a self-employed, or should change the form of business to Ltd. The section is also devoted to the support of entrepreneurs during the covid-19 disease. |
