| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou živnostenského podnikání a poskytuje základní přehled fungování živnostenského zákona. V teoretické části je pomocí literární rešerše aktuálních znění zákona a literatury různých autorů provedena deskripce živnostenského rejstříku, živnostenských úřadů a ostatních správních orgánů. Analyzováno je základní rozdělení živností na ohlašovací a koncesované. Práce se také zabývá jednotlivými živnostmi z hlediska obsahových náplní dosažení odborných způsobilostí. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor's thesis is focused on the issue of trade business and provides a basic overview of the functioning of the trade business law. In the theoretical part is by literary research of current versions of the law and literature of various authors made description of the trade register, trade offices and other administrative bodies. The basic division of trades into reporting and licensed is also analyzed. The thesis also deals with specific trades in terms to achieve professional skills. |
