Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu konkurenceschopnosti podniku Prodejna náhradních dílů Planetová. Teoretická část definuje pojmy konkurence a konkurenční strategie, dále popisuje metody analýzy, které jsou použity v praktické části. V druhé části jsou tyto metody aplikovány do praxe a jsou vytvořeny návrhy na opatření pro zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti vybraného podniku. |
Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the competitiveness of the company car parts shop Planetová. The theoretical part defines the concepts of competition and competitive strategy, further defines the methods of analysis that are used in the practical part.In the second part, these methods are applied in practice and proposals for measures to increase the competitiveness of the selected company are created. |
