| Abstract: | Práce pojednává o územním řízení, jako o procesu posuzujícím, možnost umístění do daného území určitý typ navrhované stavby i s jejími vlivy na okolí a zda je taková stavba v souladu se zásadami územního rozvoje a územním plánem obce a dále procesem rozhodujícím o ochraně zájmů území, využití území a dělení a zcelování pozemků, kdy územní řízení je vedeno stavebním úřadem a konáno v případech s významným vlivem na okolí a životní prostředí. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the procedure of application for a planning permission, which is the process of assessing, the possibility of placing in territory a certain type of proposed construction with its effects on the surrounding area and whether such a construction complies with the principles of territorial development and municipality's urban management plan and procedure decisive for the territory interests protection, land use and land division and consolidation. The procedure of application for a planning permission is conducted by the Building Authority and is held in cases with a significant impact on the surrounding area and the environment. |
