| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na právní úpravu místního a krajského referenda. Řeší základní otázky spojené s těmito instituty. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část řeší platnou právní úpravu místního a krajského referenda. Praktická část se zaměřuje na konkrétní konané místí referendu ve městě Jablonec nad Nisou. V této diplomové práci je do detailů zpracovaný celý proces tohoto místního referenda. Jak od svého zrodu, tak až po svoji konečnou fázi, která vedla k vydání obecně závazné vyhlášky. Cílem práce je prozkoumat a zhodnotit celý průběh místního referenda, přidat k němu názory politiků a popsat ho v objektivním světle. |
| Abstract in different language: | This master degree thesis is focused on juristic adjustment of local and regional referendum, and on solution of basic questions bounded with these institutions. Master degree thesis is divided in to theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part is focused on solving of valid juristic adjustments of local and regional referendum. Practical part is focused on specific local referendum, which was organized in city of Jablonec nad Nisou. In this master decree thesis is possible to find whole process of this local referendum. From begin to final phase, which led to creating and publication of generally binding ordinances. The objectives of this thesis are exploration and evaluation of whole process of local referendum, and objective analysis of opinions of the political representatives of the city. |
