| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je "Analýza výskytu autoimunní gastritidy v populaci". Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsou popsány a vysvětleny definice autoimunity, gastritidy, autoimunitní gastritidy a také gastritidy, na jejichž základě vznikají karcinomy. V praktické části jsou prezentovány výsledky analýzy pacientů, kteří měli tento druh nemoci. Analýza byla založena na jednotlivých znacích. Mezi ně se řadí pohlaví, věk, druh metaplazie, druh hyperplazie, pozitivita Helicobacter Pylori a objevení neuroendokrinního nádoru. Všechny výsledky jsem získal z Bioptické laboratoře s.r.o. v Plzni |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of this thesis is " Analysis of the occurrence of autoimmune gastritis in the population ". The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the thesis describes and explains definitions of autoimmunity, gastritis, autoimmune gastritis and also gastritis, on the basis of which carcinomas arise. The practical part presents the results of the analysis of patients who had this type of disease. The analysis was based on individual characters. These include gender, age, metaplasia type, hyperplasia type, Helicobacter Pylori positivity, and neuroendocrine tumor discovery. All results were obtained from Biopsy Laboratory s.r.o. in Pilsen. |
