| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá sledováním myorelaxačních účinků různých druhů fyzikální terapie v léčbě konkrétního onemocnění. Konkrétním onemocněním je zde myšlena ankylozující spondylitida. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje rozdělení myorelaxačního účinku, druhy fyzikální terapie s myorelaxačním účinkem a se sekundárně analgetickým účinkem, charakterizuje chorobu ankylozující spondylitidy, možnosti léčby a rehabilitace. Praktická část se zabývá vlivem myorelaxačního účinků různých druhů fyzikální terapie u 6 mužů s ankylozující spondylitidou, kteří podstoupili léčbu v lázních nebo v ambulantním zařízení po dobu 1 měsíce. Vliv myorelaxačního účinku je posouzen na základě goniometrického měření kořenových kloubů, BASMI a BASDAI indexu, měření amplitudy hrudníku a vybraných funkčních testů páteře. Probandi, kteří absolvovali léčbu v lázeňském zařízení, byli porovnáváni s probandy, kteří absolvovali ambulantní léčbu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with a topic of myorelaxant effects in various types of physical therapy treatment of a concrete disease. Under a concrete disease is meant ankylosing spondylitis. the bachelor thesis is divided into two parts: a theoretical one and a practical one. The theoretical part describes the division of myorelaxant effects, deals with kinds of physical therapy with a myorelaxant effect and with a secondary analgesic effect, characterizes ankylosing spondylitis disease and clarifies treatment and rehabilitation possibilities. The practical part of the bachelor thesis deals with myorelaxant effects of different kinds of physical therapy in the sample of 6 men with ankylosing spondylitis disease, who were being treated in spa or in outpatient facilities during 1 month. The influence of myorelaxant effects is be assessed on the basis of a goniometric measurement of root joints, BASMI and BASDAI index, a measurement of chest amplitude and selected functional tests of the spine. Probands treated in spa were compared with ones treated in outpatient facilities. |
