| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá pojištěním a jeho úlohou v sektoru veřejné správy. Popisuje principy a fungovaní pojistné ochrany. Veřejné zakázky v oblasti pojišťovnictví, výběr makléře a pojistitele. Popisuje úlohu makléře v těchto vztazích. Ukazuje příklady konkrétní spolupráce. V neposlední řadě se zaměřuje na likvidaci pojistných událostí. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with insurance and its role in the public administration sector. It describes principles and functioning of insurance protection. Public procurement in insurance, selection of broker and insurer. It describes the role of a broker in these relationships. It shows examples of concrete cooperation. Last but not least, it focuses on claims settlement. |
