| Abstract: | Tato práce pojednává o současné podobě referenda v České republice, a to na úrovni celostátní, krajské a místní. V úvodu se zabývá demokracií jako takovou a blíže specifikuje především nástroje demokracie přímé. Z historického kontextu postupně přechází v popis referenda v současné podobě. Do hloubky rozebírá všechny jeho formy a představuje celý proces této lidové iniciativy, především na úrovni místní. Pro srovnání jsou v práci dále uvedena referenda vybraných evropských zemí. Předposlední kapitola obsahuje statistickou část, pojímající všechna uskutečněná referenda v ČR, v období 2019-2020. V závěru jsou shrnuty veškeré důležité poznatky z této práce a jsou nastíněny nedostatky současné právní úpravě a samotného referenda. |
| Abstract in different language: | This work discusses the current form of referendum in Czech Republic, videlicet on the national, regional and local level. The introduction includes the matter of democracy itself and further specifies particularly the tools of direct democracy. The describtion of referendum goes gradually from historical context to the current form. It further analyses all its forms and introduces the whole process of folk initiative, especially on the local level. In this work are also included a few referendums of chosen European countries for comparison. The penultimate chapter contains statistics showing all referendums that took place in Czech Republic in the period of years 2019-2020. In conclusion there is a summarisy of all significant insights of the whole work and an outline of some imperfections of the current legislation and referendum itself. |
