| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje participaci občanů, která v České republice a dalších demokratických státech je označována za "nástroj", prostřednictvím kterého dochází vlivem občanů a veřejnosti k formování nejen politického zřízení, ale i celkově cílů státu a jeho obyvatel. Cíl diplomové práce je přiblížit participaci občanů v České republice a porovnat určité druhy participace ve vybraných lokalitách. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část práce je teoretická a je zaměřena na charakteristiku veřejné správy, politických práv a formy participace občanů či obyvatel v rámci České republiky. Druhá část je praktická a věnuje se porovnání určitých druhů participace v rámci vybraných lokalit. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with participation of citizens, which in the Czech Republic and other democratic states is called a "tool", when the influence of citizens and the public form not only the political establishment, but also the overall goals of the state and its people. The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe participation in the Czech Republic and compare certain types of participation in selected localities The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and it focuses on the characteristics of public administration, political rights and ways of participation of the citizens or inhabitants in the Czech Republic. The second part is practical and it deals with comparison of different types of participation within selected localities. |
