| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na kompenzační cvičení v ledním hokeji. V teoretické části opisuje historii a dnešní moderní styl tohoto oblíbeného sportu. Samostatná kapitola je věnována kompenzačním cvičením včetně odborné literatury ze zahraničí. Pro praktickou část byly vypracovány dva dotazníky, které byly poslány vybraným hráčům. K těmto dotazníkům jsem posléze stanovil cíle a hypotézy. Hypotézy byly zhodnoceny s výsledky z dotazníků a vše bylo porovnáno společně se zahraniční literaturou. Tato práce ukazuje časté využití těchto cvičení v České republice, ale je chybně nahrazena preventivním cvičením a název zůstává stejný. Zahraniční kluby již mají pokročilé myšlení a studují preventivní cvičení, které zabrání vzniku zranění. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis focuses on compensatory exercises in ice hockey. The theoretical part describes the history and today's modern style of this popular sport. A separate chapter is devoted to compensatory exercises, including professional literature from abroad. For the practical part, two questionnaires were created, which were sent to selected players. I then set goals and hypotheses for these questionnaires. The hypotheses were evaluated with the results of questionnaires and everything was compared together with foreign literature. This work shows the frequent use of these exercises in the Czech Republic, but is incorrectly replaced by preventive exercises and the name remains the same. Foreign clubs already have advanced thinking and are studying preventive exercises to prevent injuries |
