| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá specifiky daně z příjmů za závislé činnosti a zaměstnaneckými benefity. Jejím cílem je stanovit rozdíly, výhody a nevýhody u nejčastěji používaných možností zvýšení příjmu zaměstnance, a to z pohledu zaměstnance i zaměstnavatele. Teoretická část je literární rešerší k tématu daně z příjmů ze závislé činnosti a přibližuje také zaměstnanecké benefity. Praktická část se věnuje konkrétním příkladům z praxe, které porovnává a hodnotí. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor work deals with the specifics of the income tax gained from a dependant activity and employee benefits or perks. Its aim is to determine the differences among the most frequent possibilities of increase employee income as well as their advantages and disadvantages from both the employer and the employee points of view. The theoretical part is a literary research focusing on the topic of the income tax from a dependant activity and it further describes employee benefits and perks. The practical part deals with specific examples from practice which are then compared and evaluated. |
