| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na alergii na jed blanokřídlého hmyzu. Pro diagnostiku alergie na jed blanokřídlého hmyzu se používá metoda ImmunoCAP 250 a Immulite 2000 XPi. Cílem práce je porovnání hladin jednotlivých alergenů a tryptázy u pacientů s anafylaktickou reakcí po bodnutí hmyzem a u pacientů s alergií po bodnutí hmyzem. Výsledkem práce je stanovení rozdílů hladin hmyzího jedu, alergenů a tryptázy mezi skupinou pacientů vykazujících po bodnutí hmyzem anafylaktickou reakci nebo alergickou reakci. Také je vyhodnocena statistická významnost rozdílů hladin alergenů a tryptázy. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is focused on Hymenoptera venom allergy. The ImmunoCAP 250 and Immulite 2000 XPi methods are used to diagnose Hymenoptera venom allergy. The aim of the thesis is to compare the levels of individual allergens and tryptase in patients with an anaphylactic reaction after insect stings and in patients with allergy after insect stings. The result of the thesis is the determination of the differences in the levels of Hymenoptera venom, allergens and tryptase between group of patients showing an anaphylactic reaction or an allergic reaction. Another task is to compare the levels of particular allergens and tryptase in patient with an anaphylaxis after an insect sting and in patient with an allergy after in insect sting. The statistical significance is also evaluated. |
