| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá specifickou péčí o pacienty se sepsí v intenzivní péči. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popisována sepse jako celek, specifika péče o pacienta se sepsí z pohledu NLZP a intenzivní péče. V praktické části práce jsou obsaženy jednotlivé kazuistiky pacientů se sepsí. V této části byla zjišťována specifická péče o pacienty se sepsí, nejčastější příčiny sepse a nejčastější nabírané markery na sepsi. Specifika péče jsou popsána v kapitole diskuze. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the specific care of patients with sepsis in intensive care. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes sepsis as a whole, the specifics of patient care with sepsis from the point of view of NLZP and intensive care. The practical part of the work contains individual case reports of patients witch sepsis. In this part, specific care for patients with sepsis, the most common causes of sepsis and the most common markers for sepsis were determined. The specifics of care are described in the discussion chapter. |
