| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na postoperační dysfunkce a obecně dysfunkce temporomandibulárního kloubu a jejich terapii. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je věnována anatomii, kineziologii a patologii temporomandibulárního koubu. Dále zahrnuje souhrn specifického vyšetření kloubu. Následuje popis lékařské terapie temporomandibulárního koubu. A nakonec se věnuje fyzioterapeutické léčbě, kde jsou zahrnuty konkrétní využívané techniky při dysfunkci temporomandibulárního kloubu. Praktická část vychází z poznatků teoretické části práce. Je zaměřena na anamnézu a hloubkové vyšetření dvou pacientů. Na základě správně stanoveného krátkodobého rehabilitačního, byla u pacientů terapie efektivní. Využito bylo několik metod fyzioterapie. V samotném závěru práce jsou pak shrnuty dosažené výsledky. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is focused on postoperative and casual dysfunction of temporomandibular joint. It is devided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to anatomy, kinesiology and pathology of temporomandibular joint. Further contains a summary of specific checkup of the joint, a description of the therapy by medics. And finally is devoted to the therapy by physiotherapists, where it includes concrete techniques for treatment dysfunction of temporomandibular joint. The practical part is based on knowledge of theoretical part. It is focused on anamnesis and deep checkup of two patients. Thanks to correct short-term rehabilitation plan, the therapy of patients was succesful and effective. There were many physiotherapeutical methods used in this thesis. At the end of the thesis, there is a resume of attained results. |
