Abstract: | Diplomová práce popisuje výpočetní metodiku pro valivá ložiska v oblasti CFD simulací. Byly vytvořeny čtyři varianty geometrií, které byly následně diskretizovány. Byly vyzkoušeny různé výpočetní přístupy a různé okrajové podmínky. V práci je rozebírán vliv na ztráty spolu s porovnáním proudových polí jednotlivých variant výpočtů. Veškeré simulace byly provedeny v programu Ansys Fluent 2020 R1. |
Abstract in different language: | This master thesis describes methodology of CFD simulations of ball bearings. Four variations of geometry were made, and then they were discretized. Different approaches were tested together with different boundary conditions. In thesis an effect on losses in bearings is described together with comparison of fluid flows of each variations of simulations. All simulations were computed in Ansys Fluent 2020 R1. |
