| Abstrakt: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou protetické rehabilitace u pacientů s transtibiální amputací. V teoretické části je pro bližší pochopení kontextu popsána historie amputací a protetiky, anatomie bérce, amputace a jejich výše. Dále se práce v této části zabývá transtibiální amputací jako takovou a péči o pacienta po amputaci. V praktické části jsou popsány dva konkrétní případy rehabilitace pacientů. Práce shrnuje informace, které je nutné znát pro úspěšnou rehabilitaci. Na závěr tato část obsahuje vyjádření pacientů o tom, jak vnímají proces protetické rehabilitace. |
| Abstrakt v dalším jazyce: | This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of prosthetic rehabilitation of patients with transtibial amputation. It its theoretical part the thesis consists a description of history of amputations and prosthetics, the anatomy of a shank, and a description of amputations and their level. These descriptions provide a closer understanding of the topic. Furthermore, in this part can find a description of namely the transtibial amputation and the postoperative care. The practical part of the thesis consists of a description of two particular cases of patient rehabilitation. The thesis summarizes the information needed for a successful rehabilitation. Lastly, this part contains statements of the patients about the way they perceive the process of prosthetic rehabilitation. |
