| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je seznámit čtenáře s konceptem BIM (Building Information Management), softwary pro tvorbu BIM-ready 3D modelů, tvorbou 3D modelu v BIM-ready softwaru, obohacením BIM modelu o další zvolenou tematickou vrstvu a s následnou vizualizací výsledného BIM modelu. První část práce je zaměřena na hlavní myšlenky konceptu BIM, tvorbu 3D modelu pro BIM, jeho úrovně podrobnosti a standard Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) pro popis BIM modelů. Druhá část práce se věnuje tvorbě 3D modelu bytového domu v BIM-ready softwaru vybraného z rešerše softwarů pro tvorbu BIM-ready 3D modelů. Dále je popsán proces obohacení BIM modelu o tematickou vrstvu vlastnictví. Na závěr se práce věnuje vytvoření geoprostorové databáze 3D modelu a připojené tematické vrstvy a její následné vizualizaci na ArcGIS Online. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this work is to acquaint readers with the concept of BIM (Building Information Management), softwares for creating BIM-ready 3D models, creating a 3D model in BIM-ready software, enriching the BIM model with another selected thematic layer and subsequent visualization of the resulting BIM model. The first part of the work is focused on the main ideas of the BIM concept, the creation of a 3D model for BIM and its levels of development and the Standard Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) for the description of BIM models. The second part deals with the creation of a 3D model of an apartment building in BIM-ready software selected from a search of software for creating BIM-ready 3D models. The process of enriching the BIM model with a thematic ownership layer is also described. Finally, the work deals with the creation of a geospatial database of the 3D model and the attached thematic layer and its subsequent visualization on ArcGIS Online. |
