| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje spolupráci obcí na regionální úrovni. V práci je kladen důraz především na spolupráci v rámci místních akčních skupin a dobrovolných svazků obcí. Autor se zaměřil na místní akční skupinu Posázaví a Dobrovolný svazek obcí CHOPOS. Práce představuje teoretickou část důležitou pro pochopení tématu a praktickou část, kde se autor věnuje konkrétním projektům daných subjektů. Teoretická část čerpá především z platné legislativní úpravy a akademických prací doplněných odbornou literaturou a články z odborných časopisů. V praktické části autor zužitkoval své znalosti z fungování samospráv a spolupráce obcí. Práce představuje i možná rizika spojená se spoluprací obcí. Autor si také dal za cíl prozkoumat znalost občanů ČR v souvislosti s problematikou spoluprací obcí. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with the cooperation of municipalities at the regional level. The emphasis is mainly on cooperation with the help of local action groups and voluntary associations of municipalities. The author focused on the local action group Posázaví and the Voluntary Union of Municipalities CHOPOS. The work presents a theory important for understanding the topic and a practical part, where the author deals with specific projects of the subjects. The theoretical part draws mainly from legislation and academic work supplemented by professional literature and articles from professional journals. In the practical part, the author used his knowledge of the functioning of local governments and cooperation of municipalities. The thesis also presents possible risks associated with the cooperation of municipalities. The author also aimed to survey the knowledge of part of the population on the issue of cooperation between municipalities. |
