| Abstract: | Předmětem diplomové práce je vypracování marketingové strategie společnosti JZ REALITY spol. s r.o. Cílem práce je zaměření se na potřeby zákazníka a na vylepšení produktu i služeb společnosti. První část práce shrnuje teoretické poznatky týkající se uvedené problematiky. Poté práce představuje samotnou společnost, její vnitřní a vnější okolí, rozebírá marketingový mix, analyzuje pomocí PESTEL, SWOT analýzy, ale také matic IFE, EFE, IE a TOWS. Na základě analyzovaných dat jsou vypracována možná východiska pro novou marketingovou strategii společnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | The subject of the diploma thesis is the development of the marketing strategy of the company JZ REALITY spol. s r.o. The aim of the work is to focus on the needs of the customer and on improving the product and services of the company. The first part of the thesis summarizes the theoretical knowledge related to this issue. Then the work presents the company itself, its internal and external environment, analyses the marketing mix, uses PESTEL and SWOT analysis, but also matrices IFE, EFE, IE and TOWS. Based on the analyzed data, possible starting points for a new marketing strategy of the company are developed. |
