| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá ucelením právní úpravy služebního poměru vojáka z povolání a přiblížení vzniku, průběhu a zániku vojáka z povolání civilní populaci, která vychází především ze zákona č. 221/1999 Sb.. Práce se zaměřuje zejména na vybrané otázky z dílčích oblastí služebního poměru. Hlavním cílem teoretické části je ucelené objasnění právní problematiky služebního poměru. Práce seznamuje s podmínkami pro vznik služebního poměru a dalšími náležitostmi pro přijetí. Nejobsáhlejší částí je kapitola věnující se průběhu služebního poměru, která popisuje kariérní řád, finanční ohodnocení, omezení občanských práv nebo výroční přezkoušení fyzické zdatnosti. Poslední kapitola teoretické části popisuje způsoby ukončení služebního poměru a výsluhové náležitosti. Praktická část se věnuje dotazníkovému šetření, jehož cílem je zjištění, jaké povědomí mají vojáci o tématech týkající se vybrané vojenské problematiky. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with the comprehensive legal regulation of the service relationship of a professional soldier and the elucidation of the formation, course, and termination of a professional soldier to the civilian population, which is based primarily on Act No. 221/1999 Coll. The thesis focuses mainly on selected issues from sub-areas of service. The main objective of the theoretical part is a comprehensive explanation of the legal issues of the service. The thesis acquaints with the terms for the establishment of a service relationship and other requirements for admission. The most extensive part is the chapter devoted to the course of service, which describes the career rules, financial valuation, restrictions on civil rights, or annual physical fitness check. The last chapter of the theoretical part describes the ways of termination of service and retirement requirements. The practical part deals with a questionnaire construction, the aim of which is to find out what awareness soldiers have about topics related to selected military issues. |
