| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením efektivnosti investice v minipivovaru, která by měla vyřešit negativní dopady na výrobu při uzavření provozu během koronavirové krize. Teoretická část práce na základě odborných rešerší, poskytuje základní poznatky týkající se investičního rozhodování a investičních projektů. Praktická část je věnována posouzení efektivnosti investičního projektu v konkrétním podniku, kterým je minipivovar. Uvažovanou investicí je pořízení technologie pro výrobu filtrovaného a pasterizovaného piva. V úvodu práce jsou představeny všechny uvažované varianty řešení, které jsou následně hodnoceny ze všech hledisek dopadů na podnik s jejich následnou komparací. V závěru práce je posouzena efektivnost vybrané investiční varianty na základě metod čisté současné hodnoty, vnitřního výnosového procenta a indexu ziskovosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with an evaluation of investment efficiency in a microbrewery that should solve the negative impact on production when the operation is closed during the Covid crisis. The theoretic part of the thesis provides fundamental findings regarding investment decisions and investment projects based on specialized research. The practical part is dedicated to an efficiency appraisal of an investment project in a particular business, which is the microbrewery. Purchasing a technology for production of filtered and pasteurized beer is considered. At the beginning of the thesis there are all considered solution options mentioned, which are subsequently evaluated from all the point of views of the impact on the business and then compared. In the conclusion of the thesis, the efficiency of the chosen investment variant is evaluated on the basics of the methods of the present value, the inner income percentage, and the profitability index. |
