| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá laboratorní diagnostikou a výskytem dermatofyt ve Fakultní nemocnici Plzeň. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje houby všeobecně, jejich rozmnožování a třídění, onemocnění a následně druhy dermatofyt, dermatofytózy a léčbu infekčního onemocnění kůže. Teoretická část také popisuje odběr materiálu a všeobecnou laboratorní diagnostiku. Praktická část je rozdělena na laboratorní diagnostiku dermatofyt na Ústavu mikrobiologie FN Plzeň a statistické zhodnocení výskytu. Sledovaný soubor pozitivně testovaných vzorků pacientů na dermatofyty za období 2019 až 2021 je statisticky zhodnocen. Výsledky jsou graficky znázorněny. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor's thesis deals with laboratory diagnostics and the occurrence of dermatophytes in the University Hospital Pilsen. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes fungi in general, their reproduction and classification, diseases and subsequently types of dermatophytes, dermatophytosis and treatment of infectious skin diseases. The theoretical part also describes material collection and general laboratory diagnostics. The practical part is divided into laboratory diagnostics of dermatophytes at the Department of Microbiology, University Hospital Pilsen and statistical evaluation of the occurrence. The monitored set of positively tested patient samples for dermatophytes over the period 2019 to 2021 is statistically evaluated. The results are shown graphically. |
