| Abstrakt: | Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout možnosti zvýšení prosperity fotbalového klubu FK Pardubice. Úvod práce je zaměřen na teoretické charakterizování tématiky. Kapitoly v teoretické části bakalářské práce pojednávají o sportu, fotbalu, sportovních organizacích, managementu sportovních organizacích a o tématice financování sportovních organizací. Autor dále provádí charakteristiku klubu FK Pardubice, po které je provedena analýza hospodaření. Analýza hospodaření se zabývá rozvahou a výkazem zisku a ztráty za vymezené období. Výstup z analýzy je zaměřen především na zdroje získávání financí. Autor pokračuje hodnocením aktivit souvisejících s řízením sportovní organizace, které mají vliv na zvyšování příjmů. V závěru práce autor navrhuje možná opatření, která by mohla zvýšit prosperitu fotbalového klubu FK Pardubice. |
| Abstrakt v dalším jazyce: | The objective of the bachelor thesis is to propose ways to increase the prosperity of the football club FK Pardubice. The introduction of the thesis is focused on the theoretical characterization of the topic. The chapters in the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis deal with sport, football, sports organizations, management of sports organizations and the topic of financing of sports organizations. The author also carries out a characterization of the club FK Pardubice, after which an analysis of the economic situation is carried out. The economic analysis deals with the balance sheet and profit and loss statement for the defined period. The output of the analysis focuses mainly on the sources of fundraising. The author goes on to evaluate the activities related to the management of the sports organization that have an impact on increasing revenue. In the conclusion of the thesis, the author suggests possible measures that could increase the prosperity of the football club FK Pardubice. |
