| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu na dvouleté období, který napomůže společnosti vrátit své místo na trhu. Dílčím cílem práce je stanovit controllingové ukazatele a následně jejich parametrizaci pro naplnění navrženého plánu. Diplomová práce je rozvržena do šesti kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena na představení společnosti, její hlavní činnost podnikání a je popsána její organizační struktura. Dále jsou provedeny veškeré analýzy, které jsou výsledkem zhodnocení finanční výkonnosti podniku. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na vnitřní prostředí firmy a steakholders, které mají také významný vliv na činnost firmy. Kapitolu uzavírá zhodnocení výkonnosti společnosti. Třetí kapitola je věnována samotnému finančnímu plánu na následující dvouleté období. Kapitola je opět uzavřena závěrečným shrnutím. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsou stanoveny strategické priority, které vzešly z provedených analýz výkonnosti a mají být naplněny v průběhu plánovaného období. Pátá kapitola je věnována navrženým controllingovým ukazatelům a jejich následná parametrizace. Poslední kapitola se zabývá zásadami pro monitoring průběhu podnikatelského plánu a návrhem podoby strukturovaného reportingu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main objective of this diploma thesis is the creation of a business plan for a two-year period that will help the company to regain its place in the market. The partial objective of this thesis is to set out the controlling indicators and then to determine their parameterisation for the fulfilment of the proposed business plan. This diploma thesis s devided into six chapters. The first chapter is focused on the introduction of the company, its main business activities and its organizational structure. Furthermore, all analyses that are the result of the evaluation of the company's financial performance are performed. The second chapter deals with the firm's internal environment and stakeholders that also have a significant impact on the firm's activities. The chapter concludes with an summary of the company's performance. The third chapter is devoted to the financial plan itself for the subsequent two-year period. The chapter again concludes with a final summary. The fourth chapter sets out the strategic priorities that have emerged from the performance analyses carried out and are to be implemented during the planned period. The fifth chapter is devoted to the proposed contolling indicators and their subsequent parameterization. The last chapter deals with the principles for monitoring the progress of the business plan and with the proposal of the form of structured reporting. |
