| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením ekonomické efektivnosti investice společnosti QUINS. Předmětem dané investice je investice do vývoje nového inovativního způsobu chemického čištění průmyslových odpadních vod, které umožní společnosti posílit její postavení na domácím i zahraničním trhu. V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou shrnuté teoretické poznatky k investičnímu rozhodování a k hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investice. V úvodu praktické části diplomové práce je představena společnost QUINS spol. s r.o. Následně je charakterizován vybraný investiční záměr včetně časového harmonogramu a zdrojů financování investice. Další kapitola obsahuje podrobný rozbor peněžních toků investice a jsou zde vypočteny jednotlivé metody hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investice. Dále jsou analyzována rizika investičního projektu. V závěru práce je zhodnocena ekonomická efektivnost investice a doporučení pro podnik, které vyplývají z praktické části diplomové práce. |
| Abstract in different language: | The master's thesis deals with the evaluation of the economic efficiency of QUINS' investment. The subject of the given investment is an investment in developing an innovative method of chemical treatment of industrial wastewater, which will enable the company to strengthen its position in the domestic and foreign markets. The theoretical part of the master's thesis summarizes the theoretical findings on investment decision-making and the evaluation of the economic efficiency of investment. At the beginning of the practical part of the master's thesis the QUINS Ltd. is introduced. Then, the chosen investment project is characterized, including the time schedule and sources of investment financing. The next chapter contains a detailed analysis of the investment's cash flows and individual methods of evaluating the economic efficiency of the investment are calculated there. Then the risks of the investment project are analyzed. At the end of the thesis, the economic effectiveness of the investment is evaluated and as a result of the practical part of the thesis there are some recommendations for the company. |
