| Abstract: | V diplomové práci je zhodnocen aktuální stav ekologického zemědělství ve Zlínském kraji, současně jsou zde definovány základní pojmy pojící se s tímto fenoménem. Nechybí zde ani charakteristika certifikačního a kontrolního systému (převážně systému označování kvality potravin). Zahrnuta je geografická charakteristika prostředí zkoumaného území a další charakteristika věnující se subjektům ekologického zemědělství ve vybraném kraji. Součástí práce je i dotazníkové šetření, jehož zásadním cílem bylo zjistit, jaký pohled mají respondenti na tento systém hospodaření, proč v tomto systému podnikají, s jakými problémy se potýkají a co by jim v podnikání nejvíce pomohlo. Respondenti byli vybíráni z řad ekologických subjektů, jež mají sídlo svého podnikaní právě v kraji Zlínském. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis evaluates the current state of organic farming in the Zlín region and at the same time defines the basic concepts associated with this phenomenon. There is also a characteristic of the certification and control system (mainly the food quality labeling system). The geographical characteristics of the environment of the selected area and another characteristic dedicated to the subjects of organic agriculture in the selected region are included. Part of the diploma thesis is also a questionnaire, the main goal of this was to find out what view the respondents have of this economic system, why they do business in this system, what problems they face and what would help them the most in their business. Respondents were selected from among environmental subjects that have their business headquarters in the Zlín region. |
