| Abstract: | Sestra v perioperační péči na neurochirurgickém pracovišti musí v adaptační periodě zpracovat velké množství informací a praktických dovedností v krátkém časovém úseku. Po ukončení adaptační periody je sestra plnohodnotnou součástí operačního týmu a za svou práci a její kvalitu nese plnou zodpovědnost. Cíl: Identifikovat a popsat překážky a úskalí v adaptačním procesu sester během jejich zapracování na neurochirurgických operačních sálech. Na jejich podkladě stanovit optimální řešení. Metodika: Výzkumné šetření bude realizováno formou kvalitativního výzkumu. Sběr dat proběhne pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Následovat bude obsahová analýza dat. Do výzkumného šetření budou zapojeny všeobecné sestry, které absolvovaly adaptační proces na neurochirurgických operačních sálech v posledních dvou letech. Výstup: Jako výstup do praxe bude vytvořen edukační materiál pro perioperační sestry. Svým charakterem bude zohledňovat potřeby sester pro efektivní zapracování a výkon činností, které musí po zapracování samostatně ovládat, včetně konkrétních postupů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The perioperative care nurse at the neurosurgical department has to process a large amount of information and practical skills in a short period of time during the adaptation period. Once the adaptation period is over, the nurse becomes a fully integrated part of the surgical team and takes full responsibility for her work and its quality. Aim: to recognize and describe the obstacles and challenges in the adaptation process of nurses during their incorporation into neurosurgical operating rooms. On the basis of the findings determine the optimal solutions. Methods: The survey will be conducted in the form of qualitative research. Data collecting will be done by means of semi-structured interviews. This will be followed by content analysis of the data. The research investigation will involve general nurses who completed the adaptation process at neurosurgical operating rooms in the last two years. Outcome: An educational material for perioperative nurses will be designed as an output for practice. It will reflect needs of nurses for effective integration and performance of work-related activities they have to master after integration, including specific procedures. |
