| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na využití kinematické analýzy chůze jako nástroje pro diagnostiku kognitivního poklesu u starších dospělých. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje mechanismus vzniku, základní dělení a klinický obraz neurodegenerativních onemocnění, přiblížení kinematické analýzy chůze, možnosti měření, její využití ve zdravotnictví a kognitivní aspekty chůze u neurodegenerativních onemocnění. Výsledky ukázaly, že starší jedinci s kognitivním poklesem dle vyhodnocení MoCA dosahovali nižších hodnot švihové fáze a zároveň vyšších hodnot fáze stride time v porovnání s kognitivně intaktními staršími jedinci dle vyhodnocení MoCA, a to jak při testování chůze bez kognitivní zátěže, tak i při testování chůze s kognitivní zátěží. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the use of kinematic gait analysis as a tool for diagnosing cognitive decline in older adults. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the mechanism of the development, basic classification, and clinical picture of neurodegenerative diseases, an introduction to kinematic gait analysis, measurement possibilities, its use in healthcare, and cognitive aspects of gait in neurodegenerative diseases. The results showed that elderly individuals with cognitive decline as assessed by MoCA achieved lower values of the swing phase as well as higher values of the stride time phase compared to cognitively intact elderly individuals as assessed by MoCA, both when testing gait without cognitive load and when testing gait with cognitive load. |
